The Blending Table Workshop
An introduction to Aromatherapy Blending with Nic Prichard from Pure Cariad Aromas.
With over 25 years of Aromatherapy experience, Nic will guide you through the benefits of essential oils, and how to use them safely at home. She will bring a wide selection of beautiful organic oils for you to explore.
By choosing a selection of your personal favourite smells and/or oils for their health benefits, you will then learn how to build your own blend that you can take home as a roll on oil - all guided by Nic and at your own pace. To illustrate the diversity of the oil you'll also have the opportunity to create a mist, using witch hazel as a base.
The workshop is relaxed and informal with lots of opportunity to ask questions and find out how to incorporate essentials oils into your home and lifestyle.

Includes workshop materials, and your own aromatherapy rollerball and aromatherapy mist to take home.

Gong Bath
Join us for a nourishing relaxation session with Victoria. Whether it be your first class of the evening or a wind down from Yogibeats. Mindful stretching and gentle breathing finished with the Gong Bath. A gong bath provides deep relaxation and stress relief through sound vibrations that wash over participants, helping to restore harmony in the body and mind. It can also promote emotional healing and enhance overall well-being.
